About the Event - Sponsored by WISPORT
Ride The Rock is a bicycle event that benefits the Jefferson County Literacy Council, Inc. a private non-profit organization providing literacy services to adults and families.
Four rides and a professionally-timed race start and end at Jones Park in Fort Atkinson, WI, and traverse the beautiful country roads surrounding the Rock River of Jefferson County, Wisconsin, one of the most bicycle-friendly counties in the state.
Lunch is included for all participants. T-shirts are included for those registering on or before August 25. FREE BIKE HELMETS FOR CHILD PARTICIPANTS.
So come out for one of the best late-season events around that will keep you coming back year after year.
Ride options will include: non-race 20, 40 and 60 mile rides trail/road rides, an 11 mile trail ride with scavenger hunt, and a 54 mile race with trophies; and non-race 20, 40 or 60 mile ride options. All routes have ample rest stops with food and drink as well as sag/mechanical support. WISPORT points will be awarded to members.
Start times:
6:30 a.m. Registration opens
8:00 a.m. for 40 and 60 mile rides (non-race)
8:30 a.m. for 54 mile Race
9:00 a.m. for 11 and 20 mile rides
